They also facilitate in processing orders, sending out quotes and dealing with returns.

Customer Service Manager

Sarah has had a long career in the customer service industry, from starting as a team leader to now being our Customer Service Manager, she has come a long way in the last 25 years. Her qualifications include an NVQ in business admin and an NVQ in customer service management.

Sarah loves socializing and meeting new people, which is why she is simply perfect for the job!
