Maintenance Instructions 

 

The Yale Dual Lock Twin Cam Espagnolette is permanently lubricated for smooth operation. To ensure optimal performance, regular cleaning to keep the lock free from building materials and debris that could interfere with the mechanism is recommended. 

 

Maintenance - Every Five Years 

Perform the following checks: 

1.      Fixing Screws: Ensure all screws are tight and secure. 

2.      Gasket Compression: Inspect and adjust as needed. 

 

Gasket compression can be modified using a 4mm hex key to rotate the cams. Adjustments should align with the profile manufacturer’s recommended gasket Compression to maintain proper sealing and functionality
