To facilitate the sliding and opening mechanisms in folding door systems, Caldwell supply a variety of functional folding door hardware pieces. Including rollers, top guides and hinges, our hardware is suitable for vents weighing up to 100kg, and measuring 1200mm in width. Our hardware is designed to be discreet, ensuring that it can be installed in sliding doors of any material, as well as coming in a number of variable options to suit all door configurations.       • Rollers and Top guide

        Rollers

        Supporting vents up to 100kg, our rollers are made with chrome brass wheels with high quality bearings to facilitate a continued smooth sliding operation. Rollers from Caldwell are also supplied with an aluminium hinge bespoke to the door’s profile making for a fit perfectly matched to your door.

        Additionally, Caldwell are also able to supply single rollers which allows vents to rest adjacent to the door vents or frame.

        Top Guides

        In addition to our rollers, we also manufacture and supply both standard and single top guides to aid the door’s sliding mechanism. Top guides are used in conjunction with rollers, and feature much of the high specification features as our rollers, including:

        • Available in standard or single configurations
        • Aluminium extruded link between body and hinge
        • Mounted on austenitic stainless steel spindles
        • The main body is manufactured from ZP5 Zinc alloy die-casting

        High quality hinges between door leafs provide a quality folding operation, whilst also folding to create a flush, secure seal against external conditions .


         

         

      • Bi-fold traffic and Shootbolt handle

        Shootbolt Handles

        Our shootbolt handles are robustly designed, whilst also offering great aesthetics. For security assurances, they drive a shootbolt from the traffic door which is designed to withstand forced entry.

        Open in D Handle

        Ergonomically designed and easy to use the D handles for internal use on bi-folding door systems. They provide a solid hold for operating the bi-fold sliding mechanism.
